Darlington CHIBUZOR JACOBS is the Lead Pastor of CHAPEL OF BELIEVERS BIBLE CHURCH with HQ in Hamburg, Germany. He hails from UMUDURU EKWE, Imo State, Nigeria and has lived all his adult life in his adopted Nation Germany. After his pastoral ordination in 1996, he had his Theological training at International Pentecostal Christian College (IPCC), Hamburg, Germany....
